La Chalupa Mexican Restaurant was established in 2020 in order to bring authentic Mexican food to the community. In 2021 we decided to add a food truck in order to cater for weddings, events, birthday parties, etc. We cook everything on the spot since our main focus is to have fresh and hot meals.
